1 8 oz. pkg. large macaroni 2c. Cottage Cheese 8 oz. Sour Cream 1 egg, beaten 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of Pepper 2 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
Cook Macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse and set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients. Add macaroni and stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
