1 lb. cooked, drained ground pork
1 red, orange & yellow pepper diced into small pieces
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1 pkg. wonton skins
small amt. of oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour small amt.of oil in the bottom of cupcake tins.
Press wonton skins in bottom of tin.Bake at 350 for 3-4 mins Do not over cook. Cool.
Mix all the other ingred. together. Fill formed wonton skins 1/2 full. Return to oven and cook until mixture is melted. Keep checling it does not take very long.
