1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. milk
3 oz. Parmesan cheese (3/4 c.)
salt and white pepper to taste
2 c. coarsely grated carrots, steamed 5 min.
1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, drain in sieve and press out liquid)
1 med. onion, chopped and sauteed or steamed in microwave.
1 lb. shredded mozarella cheese
3/4 - 1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Make thick white sauce with butter, flour, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add well drained vegetables to white sauce. In greased 9x13" pan layer sauce, noodles and mozzarella cheese. Top generously with remaining mozzerella, chedear and bread crumbs that have been mixed together. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
