1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 small can, creamed corn
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 salt
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 small can green chilies, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into a greased 12" iron skillet and bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350 oven.
