50 tomatoes, blanched, skinned, diced and simmered to reduce 45 - 50%
24 med. onions
12 green peppers
6 red peppers
8 c. sugar
8 c. vinegar
4 T. dry mustard
4 T. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. cloves
4 tsp. cinnamon

After tomatoes are reduced, combine all ingredients. Heat through. Pack into hot pint jars. Process in boiling water bath for 40 minutes.

Excellent with pork or beef. We use in chili too. Baste on meat for last 3 minutes of cooking time to heat through before serving.
