2 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. butter
1 qt. ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add brown sugar and dissolve. Cut in ice cream. Store in air tight container.
In cup put 1 jigger rum, 1 serving spoon batter, add boiling water.
