3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2-1/4 c. whole white wheat flour
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add raisins and vanilla. Cover. Let soak 1 hour. Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and raisin mixture to butter mixture. Mix well. Add flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and mix until well blended. Add oatmeal and nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
