3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 T vanilla
1 c oil
2 c zucchini
1 c crushed, drained pineapple
1 c chopped nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 c flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325
Mix all ingredients and beat well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour
