1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 t. salt
1 c Bran
2 pkg or 5 t. bread machine yeast
1/4 c. sugar 1 cup warm water
5 cups bread flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients and let cool. Mix next three ingredients together and let sit for 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients through warm water mixture. Stir in 2 1/2 c. flour, beat in 2 eggs, stir in remaining 2 1/2 c. flour. Mix till no longer sticky. May need a little more flour. Knead. Grease a large bowl with 2 T oil . Place bread in bowl and turn over to cover the top with oil. Let rise till double. Punch down and divide into 2 loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 25 to 30 min.
