1/2 bunch of broccoli 1 stick margarine or butter 1 c. milk small amt chopped onion 1/2 lb. ormore of shredded mozzarella cheese 1 can cream of broccoli soup 1 c. cooked rice
Cook broccoli and cut up into small pieces. Cook rice. Melt margarine in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix soup and milk in. Add onion, cheese, broccoli and rice. Bake in covered casserole dish 45 minutes at 350º
