Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake
1 (12 oz) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1/4 cup marishino cherries, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Angel Food Cake Mix and undrained pineapple in a large bowl, let sit one minute. It will bubble and expand.
2. Add cherries and nuts.
3. Pour into ungreased 9x11-inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Let cool thoroughly, loosen cake edge with a knife. Cut into squares and remove from pan.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You may also use a bundt style pan. Bake ungreased for 45 minutes--but watch it. When cooked, turn immediately upside down onto a glass bottle to cool evenly and prevent it from caving in. It may be sticky so use a knife around the edges to dislodge once cooled.
