1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. oil ( for lower fat: use plain yogurt)
1 3/4 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vamilla
1/2 C. sour mild (add 2 T. vinegar, or use buttermilk)
2 1/2 C. flour
4 T. cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 C. grated zuccini
1/2-1 C. choc. chips ( I usually add nuts too)

Directions:

Cream margarine, oil, sugar- add eggs, vanilla, milk. Mix together dry ingredients. Fold liquid into dry & mix well. Stir in zucchini & chips. Pour into greased & floured Bundt pan or 13X9 cake pan. Bake at 325 for 50 min.
