18 small potatoes
3 slices bacon
1 rounded tsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until soft. Peel & slice. Add sliced onion. Fry bacon until golden brown. Remove from pan. To bacon fat, add butter & flour. Stir & add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, & pepper. Bring to a boil & pour over potatoes. Sprinkle bacon on top of salad.
