6 T. butter
2 1/4 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 d. milk
1-2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp gresh thyme
1 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 C. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Coat 9X13 dish w/ 2T. butter. Place potatoes in dish. Bring milk & next five ingrediants to boil & pour over potatoes. Dot w/ 2 T. butter. Bake covered 50 min. Bring cream to boil & pour over potatoes & dot w/ 2T. butter. Bake uncovered til golden spots on top.(abt. 25 min.) Cool slightly before serving.
