2 cups milk
16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli (chopped or spears)
cooked ( just running hot water over broccoli until thawed is better)
2 cups cooked diced chicken

Blend first 4 ingredients in double boiler until smooth and hot.
Layer chicken , 1/ 2 the sauce, broccoli, remainder of sauce in casserole.
top with parmesan cheese.

bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. and let stand 5 min.
