1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 C evaporated milk
8 oz swiss cheese, cut into pieces
dollop of mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix all ingredients and place in lightly buttered baking dish. Bake with no cover for about 45 min- until lightly brown on top. Do not overcook; will be a little soft in the middle.
