1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin cut up in bite size pieces
3 tbsp PLUS 1/3 C soy sauce
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1/4 C oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate pork in 3 tbsp soy sauce for several hours (overnight is best). Mix in sugar and flour to coat. Cook in oil in wok for 30 min. Remove meat from wok. Mix water and cornstarch, then add 1/3 C soy sauce. Cook in wok until thickened. Add meat, turn gently until hot. Serve over egg noodles.
