Hash Brown Quiche Recipe

32 oz. pkg. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 large onion dicely finely
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. ham cubed or sausage
2 c. 1/2 and 1/2
8 eggs beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Pat excess water from hash browns and slice to fit 9x13 in. pan. Bake 425 25-30 min.
Mix topping ingredients and pour into crust. Bake 350 35-45 min. or until knife comes out clean. (1hour)
