1 lemon (juice and rind)
1 orange (juice and rind)
3/4 c. sugar
4 T. water
1 tsp. corn starch
2 or 3 egg yolks
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the above ingredients except the whipping cream. Bring to a boil. Cool.
When the mixture is cooled, add the whipping cream and whip to very light and fluffy consistency.

This is a great dip for fresh fruit. The hint of orange and lemon to the dip if refreshing. This was my grandmother's recipe and I will never forget it!
