2 lbs. haddock (dry it well as it makes its own juice)
2 cups extra-sharp Cheddar white, shredded

1/2 stick oleo
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
salt & pepper



Directions:
Directions:
Make thick white sauce with above 5 ingred. and stir in cheese.

Butter a flat casserole. Place 1/2 of haddock in dish, cover with 1/2 cheese sauce and remainder of fish on top and rest of cheese sauce. Buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for about 45 min. to 1 hour.
