1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter or margerine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. fresh or canned mushrooms
1 can creamy of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sautee onions and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add flour salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cool 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
