3 T Kikkoman Soy sauce
3 T. mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. veg. oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 pound turkey breast slices or turkey tendrloins

Directions:

slowly pour soy sauce into mayonnaise, stiring to blend. combine with oil, lemon juice, oregano, pepper, garlic and 1 T. water. Brush both sides of tutkey thourghly with portion os sauce; let stand 5 min. Briol 6 to 8 in from heat source 2 min. Turn slices over:brush thourghly with remaing sauce. Broil 1 min. longer, or until no longer pink in center.
I sometimes bake these in the Toaster ovev for 20 to 30 min.
