1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Broken pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Drop a few broken pecans in bottom of unbaked tart shell. Top with a tsp. of filling. Do not prick if using unbaked shell. Bake in 325 oven 20-25 min. Watch to see that they do not brown too quickly.
