About 2 lb. sweet potatoes or yams 1/2 c. brown sugar Butter or margarine 1/2 c. dried fine bread crumbs
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice them. Put them in a shallow baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar, crumbs. Then dot generously with butter. Bake at 350º until thoroughly heated.
