2 1/2 lb. butternut squash, seeded and cut into 1 in. slices, then peeled
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange squash slices in a 11x9x2 in. pan. Cover, bake in 350 oven 1 hour.
Combine brown sugar, butter, paprika and salt in small saucepan. Cook, stirring until mixture is bubbly. Spoon over squash in baking pan. Return to oven, bake uncovered 25 min. or until squash is tender.
This can be made ahead of time and reheated.
