1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cornstarch, salt and pepper together in 1 qt. saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth; add butter or margarine, stirring constantly. Bring to boil over medium heat, boil 1 min. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice. Here you can taste to see if you need the second tbsp. of lemon juitce. Add parsley and serve over cooked vegetables.
