2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted 1 c. buttermilk 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda
Combine eggs, sour cream, butter (cooled), and buttermilk. Beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder salt, and baking soda. Slowly add dry ingredients to liquid mixture; stir until well blended. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
