Seasoned meat Tenderizer
1 4 - pound round steak ( 2 inches thick)
1 c. beer
1 clove garlic , crushed
1 c. all purpose barbeque sauce
2 T. dry, red wine
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Apply tenderizer to steak as package dirests. Put meat into a dish add beer and garlic. Marinate a least an hour, turning once.
Remove from Marinade and broil 3 -4 in. from heat 7 - 8 min. on each side. Combine barbeque sauce, wine and butter and heat thoroughly. Cut steak into bite - size cubes and heap into chafing dish or casserole. Pour on sauce or serve sauce in a seperate bowl
