1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. plus 1 t. Knox unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 t. almond extract
serve with fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the sugar and gelatin together and add gradually to 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
2. Allow to come to room temperature.
3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into mold sprayed with Pan and chill until firm.
5. Serve with raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries.
