Salad:
1 large head broccoli
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. cashews
1 medium onion, chopped
Sauce:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare same day it is to be served. Cut up broccoli florets. Chop bacon into 1 inch pieces, fry crisp, drain and refrigerate. Break up whole cashews into pieces.
In bowl, combine broccoli, raisins and onion. Pour sauce on top. Mix well. Refrigerate several hours. Just prior to serving, add bacon and cashews. Mix well.
