2 c crushed vanilla wafers
1 c chopped pecans
1/3 c melted butter
4 squares baking chocolate
1 c butter
2 c 10 x sugar
2 eggs, separated
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafers, pecans and 1/3 c melted butter. Mix with fork and press 1/2 into 8 " springform pan.
In large bowl, combine butter and sugar and beat at low speed to blend, then high until fluffy. Add melted chocolate and blend. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into chocolate with wire whisk. Pour 1/2 chocolate mix over crumbs, repeat layers of crumbs and chocolate. Freeze at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving
