Ingredients:  
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. veg. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. finely diced raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Icing:
1 1/2 c. powderd sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. melted butter
3 oz pkg cream cheese ( softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first 8 ingredients' Stir in apples and nuts. Batter will be very stiff.Place in a 9 x 13 in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
Icing:
Mix all ingredients together and frost cooled cake.
