1 3/4 c. wholewheat flour
1/2 c. peanut oil
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. raisens
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, soda, and cinnamon. Set aside. Cream oil, honey and eggs. Add dry ingredients, applesauce and vanilla, Mix well. Stir in oatmeal, raisens and nuts. Spoon into well oiled muffin pan. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes
