I pack of Portabello mushrooms,
2 cups butter
1 tablsp pepper
1 teasp salt
1 teasp accent
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup flour
1 oinio diced

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Mushrooms and dry, in a med pot melt butter with salt and pepper, accent, on simmer place mushrooms in pot and let cook on low heat for at least 30 mins. Take mushrooms out and let stand
in the same pot dice one or two mushrooms, add milk and flour a little salt and a little pepper, countinue cooking and stiring until mixture thickens to your liken.

The Gravy is great to pour over a nice grilled steak or chicken, keep the mushrooms warm until your ready to eat. Don't make it to thick, and keep stiring so it does not burn the gravy
