1 box german chocolate cake mix
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. jar butterscotch caramel topping
1 8 oz. tub Cool-Whip
5 Heath or Skor candy bars, crushed

Prepare cake in a 9x13 pan according to package directions.
While cake is still warm, poke holes all over the top using the
bottom of a wooden spoon. Pour the sweetened condensed milk
over the top of the cake, followed by the butterscotch caramel
topping. Refrigerate until cool. Spread cake with the Cool-Whip
and sprinkle with crushed candy bars. Refrigerate thoroughly
before serving. Cake can be made 1 day in advance.
