12 slices bacon cooked crisp then crumbled
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
coarsely shredded lettuce
1 c. thinly sliced tomatoes
1/2 c. diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bacon and cheese in (10" x 13") baking pan
Beat remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes, until smooth, (15 seconds in blender)
Pour in to pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and extra bacon mayo if desired.
