1 (24 0z.) pkg of O'Brien potatoes thawed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or margerine (melted)
2 c. plain croutons, crushed or (corn flakes)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9" x 13" pan. In a large bowl combine soups, sour cream, and pepper. Stir in cheese and potatoes. Spread mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle croutons or/ corn flakes on top. Pour melted butter over croutons. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
