Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
2 cans. sliced potatoes
1can sliced carrots
2 c. bacon-non cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef and onion, drain fat.
Add cut up bacon and drained potatoes and carrots.
Let simmer in electric skillet for 2-3 hours or until vegetables are cooked.
