1 Box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 tsp. salt
2c. diced chicken
1c. mustard
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. sliced almonds
2 10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli spears
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Cook rice as directed. Mix next 4 ingredients into a white sauce over medium heat until it thickens. Add chicken, mushrooms, onion, and almonds

Cook broccoli spears, place in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Add chicken and rice mixture. Top with grated cheese and potato chips
Bake at 30-45 minutes@ 350 oven
