2 c flour 1 c margarine or butter 1/2 c confectioners sugar 4 eggs 2 c sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 4 T lemon juice
Heat oven to 350º. Thoroughly mix flour, butter, and confectioners sugar. Press in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust. Bake about 25 minutes longer, until no imprint remains when touched lightly in the center. Cool. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares. Makes about 25 cookies.
