4 chicken breasts boiled in 2 cans chicken broth, cooled and torn into large pieces (add water as needed to cover chicken)
1 can cream of celery (or mushroom or chicken) soup
1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 stick margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350
Boil the chicken in the broth and water to cover until tender. Remove the chicken, saving the broth.
Tear the chicken into large pieces. Put the chicken in a greased 9X13 pan. Mix 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth with 1 can of soup and pour over chicken. Mix 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick with 1 1/2 cups milk and pour over all. Top with the melted margarine. Bake for 1 hour at 350

This is from your Aunt Swanny. Her recipe used a whole chicken, cooked, boned and torn into large pieces. I adapted the recipe for chicken breasts, which makes it much easier.
