1 1/3 c. basmanti rice
1 can beef consomme
1 can French onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour; stirring after 1/2 hour. Fluff lightly with fork and sprinkle with cheese.
