3 sticks butter 3c. sugar 3c. all purpose flour 5 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract 3/4 c. 7-Up
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time beating after each egg well. Add flour gradually with 7-Up. Add lemon extract . Pour into greased bunt pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
