2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. margarine
1 can evaporated milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large, heavy pan, melt chocolate and margarine. Remove from heat and alternately add milk and sugar. Return to heat and bring to boil. Boil 8 min. stirring constantly. ( It is important to boil for full time.) Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. Stores well in fridge.
