2 c. stale bread crumbs
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 T. vanilla
2 T. melted butter
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk for 30 minutes. Stir together and add cocoa, salt, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla to the milk mixture. Add butter. Mix all together. Bake in greased casserole that is placed in shallow pan with water. Bake for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with whipped cream on top.
