1 1/2 carrots sliced 1/2 inch thick 1/2 c. green pepper chopped fine 1/2 c. onions, chopped fine 1 can tomato soup, diluted 1/2c. sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp mustard 1/4 c. vinegar salt and pepper to taste
Cook carrots until tender. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to carrots the pepper and onions. Put into baking dish. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Serve hot or cold
