1 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped almonds
1 c. water chestnuts
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Hellmann mayonnaise or condensed chicken soup
2 c. crushed potato chips
dash of hot pepper
soy sauce (optional)
4 tsp. minced onions
4 Tabs. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except chips. Sprinkle crushed chips on top. Bake in a 9 x 13" pan at 450 for 15 minutes or until light brown. Make sure it is thoroughly hot.
Note: For less salt and fat, use crushed Wheat Chex for topping.
