Sweet Potato Mixture:
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes - mashed (canned works well too)
1/4 cup butter - melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potato mixture ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish.

Prepare topping:
Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, add flour then nuts. Mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle topping over potatoes and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
