Blend -
4 eggs, 2 C sugar, 1 C Salad Oil
Add-
3 C flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Soda
1 C Buttermilk
1 C coconut
1 C chopped nuts
Glaze-
1 C sugar
1/2 C water
2 t butter
1 t coconut flavoring

Directions:

Mix batter together and pour into 5 tiny loaf tins or two normal loaf pans. Mix sauce in a saucepan on burner and boil for one min.
