5 eggs, separated
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cocoa
3 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg yolks and add to milk, beat well. Add vanilla and butter to milk and egg mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and fold in egg whites. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes in unbaked pie shell. Makes three 9-inch pies.
